In the beginning...100 blogs

This blog attempts to record the effort of a person in his quest to create and update 100 blogs of different niche. So far the first blog created and updated is the blog on gluten. One is the stage of preparation and titled obesity. There will be other blogs on different focus to be created and updated regularly. For now there is a need to update the blog on gluten and start a data collection for obesity that is to be used in posts regarding obesity.
